Tina will facilitate a group of 10-15 women for 4 weeks through the Essentials of Self Care.

The Essentials of Self Care for Women online course includes:

  • Journaling Prompts each week
  • Live sisterhood & community

Week 1: You will be guided in Understanding What is Proper Self Care?
(Nov. 30th-Dec. 4th)

Week 2: Make a Self Care Plan-Simple Strategies & Changes
(Dec. 7th-11th)

Week 3: Start Practicing Your Self Care Plan Daily
(Dec. 14th-18th)

Week 4: Reflections of the Self Care Practice and How You want to continue it into the New Year. (Jan. 4th-8th)

Course Starts November 30th, 2020 until Jan 8th

1~Monthly Zoom Meditation

Each month Tina will facilitate a donation based meditation for the group. There will be a fun monthly theme. The intention for creating this meditation is to allow time to connect heart to heart with other individuals in an online format and have an authentic community that you can receive support and encouragement.
